  1. IMHO, we're going to see more Black women get called out and get tossed out. Not because being a Black woman is a problem, but because people have been put into positions they didn't earn. That's going to cause its own backlash and people objecting to this happening to a lot of Black women and they'll call for more people to be put into positions they haven't earned. And onward down the road to more polarization.
