  1. This is a ground-breaking decision of almost no consequence. It just sends the decision back to the states, and people anywhere but Alaska are a few hours' drive from getting that abortion.

  4.  @Strawn149  I do wonder if a bus driver could realistically be charged because one of the passengers took a bus out of the state for an abortion.

  5.  @Strawn149  Interesting. Who would be bringing suit? The state? I don't see a jury convincting a bus driver because one of the passengers crossed state lines to get an abortion and the bus driver didn't even know it.

  6.  @triggered577  Yes. Because a principle can be used to do evil doesn't mean that the principle is invalid. Free speech, for example, believe it or not, even supports people who disagree with you.
