  1. The U.S. can't help much, Natasha. If the rioters are Black then our government cannot stop them, even if most of the victims are Black, too. If we sent food or medicine, we couldn't stop it from being stolen, too. Our press can barely acknowledge it, because it doesn't present the picture they want seen.
