  6. Louvre museum: in normal time, 60% of visitors are Asian, 35% are white, the rest of the world - mostly rich Arabs - represents the last 5%. Every first week-end of the month, entrance is free of charge. Black people could leave they suburbs for once and go to Paris. Train does not cost them anything since they travel without a ticket the whole year. But they don't.
