  1. I agree with you as for the danger of running down the stands like crazy. However, and fortunately, this is not a common practice in French stadiums. This is mainly done in Saint-Etienne and Nice. The public of Lille is not used to doing so. They usually don't do so when supporting LOSC at home. But still, the incident would've never happened in another place than Amiens, where the stadium was far from complying with the standards of a Ligue 1 stadium.

  3.  @carterr8786  It's a dangerous practice, we agree on that, but in such a situation, the danger is about running over people who fall in the stands. The barrier is designed to resist shocks like that. Such an incident could've happened in Amiens only. It was a mistake to approve this stadium as it did not comply with Ligue 1 standards.
