Because the French presidential election takes place in April and the patriot candidate presented himself as Trump's man in his latest book. Given that most French people believe Trump is a mor-n who failed in everything he undertook, he has no interest in presenting himself as the French Trump, unless he KNOWS Trump will reverse the election before the French presidential election.
