  6. @ FDR made a lot of money as Germany was collapsing. Then the banks offered him to make him their champion for the 1932 presidential election. The banks had already prepared their New Deal plan and suggested President Hoover to make it his program. Hoover refused, calling the New Deal fascism. FDR Accepted. One of the most corrupt American presidents.
