  2.  @Noumenon4Idolatry  Possibly, and thanks to the GOP making sure there´s lots of loop-holes, the rich often pays no taxes at all... (Like tRump) Why not shut those holes ? Except the GOP and a lot of right-wing Dems. wont let that happen...
