When you propagate what you know is a lie, well, before Clinton, news channels weren´t allowed to... When, after the 2020 election, the dems floated the idea of "news" channels again being forbidden to tell lies, Hannity cried "they wanna shut us down"... Also, Faux "news" has been ordered to pay (actually it´s the US tax-payers) 788 million for lying about that election... More to come for Faux news, Newsmin and OANoNo as well as several individuals... LMFAO Though of course this would just be an issue in a real democracy...
