The usual security briefing in the morning for a president is multiple, tight written pages, sometimes over 100... #45 Cheato has such a short attention span and such difficulty reading that it was down to 5 pages with pics... Famously, even a fly in the room would take away his attention... You think he "got" even a small bit of that ? No one in his admin thought so... And certainly not US intelligence that he believed less than his master Putin... And "proven" by whom ?
