  5. Effin` A, man... As to why it is on pre-order, since it´s a print-on-demand thing, they´d like to know how many their expected to print... Every other thing is just "stoopid", IMHO... And yes David... 1. This ought to be in versions for older-than-kids... 2. Yep, I agree that it´d be awesome if they´d ban it... It´d show that it´s a real gem for inquisitive ppl... Also, if I´m not too forward, I hope you make a "ton" of money...
