If the USA were a "communist nation"... There wouldn´t even be elections... No trial, since they (with a few exceptions) don´t change leaders until death... Also, since the GOP is in opposition... They´d be outlawed... IF there actually were elections, there´d be only one party to "vote" for and you´d HAVE to vote...
