(It´s not like he can tell you) If he´d had 7 - 8 mg(/kg, mind you) ? He´d be dead within seconds, not less than 9+ min... (And anyone , even in perfect health´d be dead in that time... And it STILL wouldn´t make it an immediate capital offense though... Don´t listen to the extreme right hype...
