If God were real, they wouldn’t need a televised Super Bowl ad.

Religion poisons everything. Always has, always will.

The Bible isn’t an authority on realty. But according to doctrine, this gods made slavery permissible by his own laws. And drowned babies.

@kaltwies Truth is what comports with reality. You clearly have no grasp on reality. I absolutely understand slavery, and no…everyone is not a slave. Everyone is not owned as property by another person. I understand that eternal torment for temporal crimes or non-crimes is neither just nor moral. There isn’t a history of “fallen man”. There is only fiction and mythology of such an account. Reality shows us we are not fallen, but have risen.

That depends if you’re following the First Amendment or the First Commandment. America was established as a Secular nation.

Your god sends people to hell, right? Eternal torment for temporal crimes, and non-crimes alike.

Our First Amendment guarantees religious freedom. The First Commandment forbids this very freedom.

@tylerb9877 You absolutely can produce ads declaring your love. Seems like an expensive way to do it. I’m pretty sure helping those in need would be a better way to spend such large amounts of money. That isn’t what those ads were, though. They weren’t a declaration of anyone’s love. They were promotional in nature. And that group who did purchase those ads has ties to hate groups. So are those ads made to make you feel better, like virtue signaling? Or do you think God watches the Super Bowl on TV?
