The Jesus you believe in, a divine Jesus is not a real historical person. That’s the difference. A mundane human existing, sure…it happens all the time.
So his claims to divinity are absolutely relevant. Just as Caesar was another non-divine being.
As for faith, it doesn’t matter what you claim most atheists worry about or whether they can argue about faith. I certainly can. Faith can be defined different ways, but in this context, faith is the active practice of self deception. That being the case, I’d argue that nobody should engage in actively deceiving themselves intentionally.
To me, a life lived in denial and delusion, or practicing self deception, and pretending they have answers they don’t have, is a serious waste.
You’re also making a false assertion or accusation that perhaps those that do not accept supernatural claims have never attempted inquiry. The reality is, you believe things you can never demonstrate to be true. That is necessarily due to a lack of inquiry.
