  6. Driving a car on the streets, one must accept the risk of being in a accident. That isn’t the same as consenting to being in an accident. If you were hit by another driver, would you believe you shouldn’t have been on the road? I mean, assuming you’re even old enough to drive, which isn’t obvious.
