@ Actually, I do. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Both are immoral, even if you think one is justified. By law, the suspect is innocent until proven guilty.

@ Sure, and some people think drowning innocent babies is moral. People have subjective perspectives on morality. It’s possible morality is indeed objective, but you’re not aware. But if you want to stand on subjectivity, you’re only proving that I am right. Do you believe “ might makes right” is a good moral model? Do you believe drowning babies is moral, or immoral? Is the concept of innocent until proven guilty a moral concept?

@ If morality is subjective, then my position on morality can’t be wrong. That is the point you made. I’m far better informed on morality than you are. The majority of philosophers are moral realists, and accept objective morality. And since you wanted to engage but can’t answer simple questions suggests your comment about ignorance is merely your own projection. You could demonstrate otherwise I suppose. But I think that is unlikely.

@ I never said I assumed subjective morality is incorrect. I even stated people have subjective perspectives on morality. It seems you’ve offered another fallacious argument. Are your friends made of straw too? Is it possible any involuntary imposition of will is immoral?

@ The Bible makes claims of eyewitness testimonies. Claims are not evidence. There are NO first hand claims from any eye witnesses. Only hearsay. When someone reports that they were told by another person that 500 people witnessed a resurrected Jesus, it isn’t evidence it is hearsay. If beating up a toddler is immoral, then it most certainly,would be immoral to drown babies in a flood. God doesn’t exist, so morality can’t come from a God. And you’ve never considered the Euthyphro dilemma? And nobody is claiming something came from nothing, except for believers…because God doesn’t exist. So when you say anything came from God,you’re saying something from nothing. The Big Bang doesn’t suggest something came from nothing. All,you’re doing here is revealing you’re ignorant of science. A singularity isn’t nothing. Maybe read some other books and get a clue. If you’re gong to pray, ask God to tell you what would convince me that God exists. He should know, right? When he fails to provide a correct answer, maybe you will realize imaginary beings aren’t all knowing.

@GlaZe7351 The Bible makes claims of witness testimonials. Claims aren’t evidence. And the ones in the Bible are at best theirs hand hearsay. The gospels contain not one single eye witness claim. In fact, the authors of the gospels are anonymous, so,you don’t even know who wrote them. A claim that someone else heard from another person there were 500 witnesses isn’t eye witness testimony. Sorry.

@ Also, Glazer… I have read the Bible multiple times, and have studied the Bible when I attended Seminary. I know the subject far better than you, and I’m a certain you never attended Seminary. Do you think the God of slavery is moral?
