  9. @Flowever Sure. Exodus 21:1-11 Leviticus 25:44-46 Certainly an endorsement, and the very least permitting slavery. Nowhere does the doctrine make laws against it.

  10. @Flowever Wrong again. It permits beating them too. But I’d argue that owning another person as property is immoral. Not sure why anyone would defend this. But at least you learned something….Biblical doctrine does permit slavery.

  11. @Flowever It can be considered bad to beat someone? Making it lawfully permissible to own people, and beat them.. Goes against well being and increases suffering. Which is immoral. Yeah, the laws favor protecting one’s property over human well being. Also immoral.
