@ In this case, absolutely. This wasn’t just a simple mistake. This was negligence which would have cost an innocent person thousands of dollars. He even provided bad legal advice to collect reimbursement from the actual owner. And you should expect to be fired to, if you were as stupid as the person who f’d up here.
