  2. @ It seems faith means to actively engage in self deception. Faith isn’t needed to cross a bridge. An understanding of reality allows us to make accurate conclusions about the nature of reality. Faith s just pretending that something you believe is true, even when it isn’t.

  3. @ An engineer would be smart enough not to use make-believe when risking his life across a questionable structure. If a person uses faith on a faulty bridge and it collapses, what has faith brought them?
