By law, California beaches are public property “up to the mean high tide level,” meaning that access is allowed if you can enter the beach in a legal fashion — from the water, tidelands or adjacent beach; you limit your access to the land below where high tide occurs. Do you know where high tide occurs? Or what that even is? lol. “Tides go in, tides go out. You can’t explain that.”

And of course, this will change over time whether you like it or not. Beaches change over time. That’s been happening as long as beaches have existed. Take a science class.
