@NomenClature-o8s It isn’t.

@NomenClature-o8s You’re clearly here to troll. The law has spoken, and you’re just not familiar with it. Her property line ends, and doesn’t extend to the water. The beach is public. By law, California beaches are public property “up to the mean high tide level,” meaning that access is allowed if you can enter the beach in a legal fashion — from the water, tidelands or adjacent beach; you limit your access to the land below where high tide occurs. Do you know where high tide occurs? Or what that even is? lol. “Tides go in, tides go out. You can’t explain that.”

@NomenClature-o8s And guess what, the tide will reach further and further up the beach. Washing away what little property she does have.

@NomenClature-o8s Mean high tide means the average height of all the daily high tides recorded over a specified period at a given location. And of course, this will change over time whether you like it or not. Beaches change over time. That’s been happening as long as beaches have existed. Take a science class. Not only that, but you’ve just admitted to being wrong. She doesn’t own the beach. And…I had already read the law, as you claimed I hadn’t and wouldn’t. Try not to double down again. I doubt you afford it. I mean, why would,you continue after you’ve already admitted to being wrong?

@NomenClature-o8s The mean high tide line (MHTL) in California is not fixed and can change over time due to erosion and tides.

@gaellegoutain1286 To start with, I wouldn’t take to word of any hysterical person arbitrarily through a rope around, particularly when they already have their area roped off and marked.
4
@NomenClature-o8s Yes, and the homeowner had already marked their property. Then started arbitrarily throwing a rope around.

The home owners are wrong. The law has spoken.

@NomenClature-o8s In a follow up, It turns out the property owner received a citation for her actions.
2
@NomenClature-o8s It isn’t her land. She received a citation. ✌️😎

@AntoineWilliams7118 That’s a different topic.

@NomenClature-o8s MHT can change over time. Such a shame you’ve never passed a science class. Any comments you make about ignorance are clearly projection. You can’t win here.

@NomenClature-o8s KCAL News reported it. You can search for it yourself based on a few keywords. Let me know if you need help.

@NomenClature-o8s I was able to find the KCAL news story searching on beach citation. I bet you could too. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. ✌️😎
