  5.  @erich_0169  I didn’t say they were based on the same theology. Their theologies are based on the same myths. Don’t pretend Christians are swinging back with wisdom. They can’t even be honest with themselves, or with others. They both fail at demonstrating the God of Abraham is anything but imaginary. You fail here too.

My opinion isn’t invalid unless you can demonstrate a God exists, which you can’t do. Would you be questioning my assertion if I said unicorns or leprechauns don’t exist? How many Gods do you believe exist? Which one(s)? Are your beliefs based on evidence, or indoctrination? Regarding any attributes for any God, are they simply asserted, or can they be demonstrated? It seems you’ve already over reacted emotionally. Can you engage intellectually instead?

If you’re feeling persecuted, maybe it’s because your religion convinced you that you would be. In the U.S., believers aren’t persecuted. They’re given privileges. Also, consider this when it. Comes to persecution; I simply believe you are wrong, and hope you one day can learn and do better. But you don’t just simply believe I am wrong. You’re also convinced I am deserving of eternal torment. Right? Talk about persecution.
