For humans to be able to sin, if we were created we were created with the capacity for sin. Just like if God created everything, God created evil. He chose to do so. According to the doctrine, God created himself as his own son, right? And sacrificed himself to himself, in order to convince himself to forgive us. If God created the rules, then God could have forgive us without a blood magic ritual sacrificing himself to himself. So, yeah, the plot has holes. The bigger problem you have is demonstrating the truth to your claims. Why are you convinced any god exists, and how would you demonstrate that to be true?
