Since Trump stole the 2016 election from us, do we have standing for a civil case against him?

Think of it this way… Poll numbers are neither right nor wrong. They’re independent of actual election results. Do not try to bend the spoon. That is impossible. Instead, try to remember the truth. There is no spoon.

@chriswatson7965 No, they can’t be right or wrong when you factor in statical anomalies and flawed methodology. No, they’re not meant to be an accurate predication of election results. And yes, they can be useful data, but they aren’t right or wrong. They’re just data.

@chriswatson7965 Data can’t “attempt” anything. It’s data. It will always represent exactly what it represents. Nothing more, nothing less. For example, of a poll says Candidate A has 55% of the poll, and Candidate B has 35% of the poll, it speaks absolutely nothing about what the election results will actually be. It’s just a sample of information. Now, you might attempt to make something from the data. But that isn’t the data attempting to do anything.
