@joboygbpedwards Gods that don’t exist can’t know anything. Compared to beings that don’t exist, my knowledge is indeed superior. I can indeed have evidence for who my father is beyond just DNA. However, DNA does exist and can provide very clear evidence. Your God can’t determine who my father is if your God doesn’t exist. And you can’t demonstrate the god you claim exists actually does. I’m demonstrably far more knowledgeable than you. Especially in regard to what the Bible contains and doesn’t contain.
2
@joboygbpedwards You still don’t know the difference between a claim and evidence for a claim.
2
@joboygbpedwards Does your God know what would convince me that he exists? Ask him. See if he knows. Then tell me what he says, and then I will be convinced. Right? Are you willing to consider asking him? Or are you already thinking of why that can’t work?
2
@joboygbpedwards Is that how he appears to you? Like a genie? Sorry, I’m not in need of a savior, or saving. Especially when my model for morality is superior. But you’re not offering to demonstrate any God exists. You’re just imagining one does. And that is the reality of it. Your God exists within your imagination. Not in reality.
2
@joboygbpedwards Have you asked him what would convince me he exists? Or do you already know this can’t work?
2
@joboygbpedwards That’s a false claim, and a blatant lie. Jesus doesn’t even currently exist, and you know you’d have no way to demonstrate he does. Remember, the Bible makes claims. You would need evidence to support those claims. But real magic is fake, and fake magic is real. That also applies to God. So, where is your demonstration such a god exists? It’s limited to the imagination. But doesn’t exist in reality. Are there any demonstrably reliable supernatural claims made within the Bible? How do you know?
2
@Wolfpaxrunning You’re clueless. And your god is fiction.

For those of you who really believe in the Bible… Do better.

It’s darn near impossible to get into places that don’t exist.
1
@jonathanboam5409 Are you aware, the authors of the gospels are anonymous?
1
@terryjohnson3479 Gods that don’t exist can’t love anything.
1
@terryjohnson3479 according to the Bible…God drowned babies. Out of anger, over his own failure.
1
@terryjohnson3479 So tell us…why do you worship the god of slavery?
1
@joboygbpedwards Those are names by tradition only, and not the actual authors. The authors are anonymous. Not only that, but there are no first hand claims within the gospels for having witnesses a resurrected Jesus. Not one first hand claim within the gospels. Also, we have no original manuscripts either.
1
@joboygbpedwards Yes, I’ve heard of lots of stories. Stories are stories, not evidence for the supernatural. Claims are not evidence. There are not any first hand claims made within the gospels. Not one. The best you have are third and fourth hand claims, of alleged supernatural events. By unknown, anonymous authors, written nearly a century after the alleged events, and no original manuscripts.
1
@joboygbpedwards Yes, your lack of understanding the science behind evolution, is an argument from ignorance and not an argument against the science. You keep making threats about eternity, but you KNOW it’s all fiction.
1
@joboygbpedwards You don’t know who authored the gospels, and you have no original manuscripts. You have not one single first hand claim to witnessing a resurrected Jesus. You have no contemporary writings of Jesus. Even the gospels were written a century after the alleged claims. Sorry. Come back when you’ve earned that GED.
