@bryangipe1 I wonder how you can make such a conclusion. It seems entirely like a projection of dishonesty in your own position. One major problem you have is that there is no reason to conclude Jesus could be alive today or perform magic, since real magic is fake and fake magic is real. You can call them miracles, but the process for miracle and magic have equal explanatory value. None. It may be that science can never demonstrate abiogenesis. However, natural processes can be demonstrated, and no gods can. So, where you’re criticizing atheists for not being convinced by a hypothetical which as far as we know has never and probably could never happen.. And currently isn’t happening. Meanwhile, you’re already convinced of something you can’t demonstrate is even true today. The time to be convinced is when there is sufficient evidence to support the claim. You’re saying atheists wouldn’t do that, when they already are. And you’re not.

@bryangipe1 As for life from non-life, it seems you don’t even have a grasp on the science anyway. At one time, there was no life on earth. Now there is. So, life from non-life. Meanwhile…does god have life? Life from non-life? If you’re going to argue something that doesn’t exist can somehow exist forever, you’ve got a serious problem.

@bryangipe1 The Scientific method doesn’t utilize faith. Faith is just the excuse people use when they don’t have evidence for their beliefs. Faith can be used to justify any position. So, it seems we agree faith is useless when pursuing truth. If a god created man in his image, either god is a great ape, or man is invisible. Man doesn’t appear to be invisible by any measure. It seems odd to me when someone like you who has no understanding of science makes statements about science. The reality is, you have no evidence that supports your claim that a god created anything.

@bryangipe1 I do not utilize faith for anything. As you again agreed, faith isn’t reliable. Science hasn’t proven life only comes from life. That is just your misunderstanding of what science is, how it works, and what it says. Natural processes exist demonstrably. Gods do not. I’m leaning towards natural processes, because they exist.

@nunosantos00 Science is science whether you understand it or not. Your own incredulity isn’t a part of the equation. A baby is neither a man nor a woman. Neither is a pre-adolescent. That comes later in life, when they become adults. Differences between men and women aren’t what make us human, either. So your basic understanding and argument is flawed and fallacious. Your rant about transgenders seeing women as sex dolls is your own bias projection and is demonstrably false. Sex and gender are not the same thing. This is another critical concept where you fail to understand. Any studies which go against your personal opinions are more valid than your personal opinions.
