  7.  @alicegoodman4544  The God of the Bible made slavery, owning another person as property, permissible by law….according to doctrine. Haven’t you read the Bible? America is never mentioned in the Bible. Can we compare the First Commandment with the First Amendment. The commandment rejects freedom, while the amendment guarantees it. Care to address that?
