@GetRidOfCivilAssetForfeiture If you cannot prove or disprove a claim, it is unfalsifiable. To then hold the claim in the affirmative, and assert it is true, would be irrational. Sorry, that isn’t fallacious.

@GetRidOfCivilAssetForfeiture Here is your argument: We see hoof prints in the snow. Someone suggests they were made by a unicorn. Another person suggests they were made by a horse. You’re telling me these two explanations have equal merit? They do not. Horses have been demonstrated to exist.

@GetRidOfCivilAssetForfeiture The same applies to every god and goddess that you can’t prove doesn’t exist. Also, prove unicorns don’t exist. By your standard, you must believe they do. Should we review what unfalsifiable means, again?
