  1.  @GetRidOfCivilAssetForfeiture  If you cannot prove or disprove a claim, it is unfalsifiable. To then hold the claim in the affirmative, and assert it is true, would be irrational. Sorry, that isn’t fallacious.

You’re telling me these two explanations have equal merit? They do not. Horses have been demonstrated to exist.
