Deepening the analysis - how much force would doing something like that, considering the vest redistributes the bullet's impact, would've gone in someone's arm and joints... like, would it have been enough to dislocate someone's shoulder if he or she was locking it in? If you were holding it lose, would the impact throw the entire vest towards yourself and leave a bruise there?
