If you conflate what Imperial Japan soldiers did in war time and occupation during the pre-WWII era and WWII era with sexual assault incidents that are happening today, you are being purposefully evil in your arguments, or just plain ignorant. The protesters are talking about what has been happening and is still happening today, coming from soldiers stationed in a military base in peace time. You wanna bring up grievances of the past from nations that are not even your own, there is a place and time for that. Stop deflecting responsibility.
