  1. Don't know if this is the logic behind, but it makes sense that -tsu would be non-accented considering it's one of those... syllables? Kanas? that often gets omitted or shortened in pronunciation. Would it be correct to say that -tsu is never accented? Or are there exceptions? -n is also like that, right?
