  1. Look, if you wanna protect the poppies, just block the park off entirely. There is no educating the Instagram generation. Block off access to critical parts of parks, get the revenue from taxes. Just assume that areas were tourism and visitors are permitted will get ruined. Perhaps allow visits of pre-approved, monitored, press organizations, researchers, and limit the entrance of equipment that will likely damage things. If that's not being done, I just can't take at face value that you are really trying to protect the place.
