I'll revisit DaVinci on the next project... can't remember exactly what my gripes were with it, but I think it was audio (I used back when there was no audio tab) and stuff around transcoding and accepted codec formats. But I'd say that among the ones I tested, it was between Kdenlive and DaVinci resolve for me... DaVinci is far more professional and closer to the functionalities something like Premiere Pro or FinalCut offered, but for occasional non-professional videos it was just faster for me to use Kdenlive despite being more barebones and a bit buggy. Keep it up!
