  1. Yes, very much interested! Thanks for sharing Chris! Question - is this somewhat similar to what Android has been doing these days? AB Partitioning to have one fixed immutable backup, and then use the other for updates and such, switching back and forth after things got stable? Anyways, I always thought that the idea of separating apps from data was good way to go for. The second step on this would be making the app partition fixed and immutable, storing all configurations and customizations on the data partition, so it can be easily swapped back and forth. Of course, the broad concept is easy to explain, but implementing this properly is much much harder... glad to see people are finding ways to do it.
