So... this isn't about being blue or not, but on the different physical processes that blue is produced? Because you know, regardless of color, all of them are produced in the very same way described in the video - materials, pigments or mediums reflect the perceived color while scattering or absorbing the rest. It's not "true" blue or "fooling your eyes"... it's just how we perceive color in all things. So, if I undertood correctly, most blue color animals produce the color with refractive structures, while fewer produce it with structures that absorb the rest of the spectrum.
