Anyone surprised that an organization that feeds off the ignorance and biggotry of people, and uses lobbying to strong arm political positions, is also corrupt to it's core? Even if you do defend the second ammendment and want to keep your right to bear arms, this shouldn't come as a surprise. The NRA has long been an extremely shady organization, even if you agree with it's propaganda. Yeah, it needs to be dissolved alright. And I think this is also to the benefit of both sides. Even if you are willing to put money into the cause of defending the second ammendment, there should be other organizations where your money won't end up financing CEOs private luxury trips and whatnot. And an organization that has become this corrupt only weakens the cause anyways. But of course, Fox News and the entire alt-right apparatus will be thrown against this, as NRA is probably a major financial supporter there too. It's just that people these days are grtting very much confused about defending ideologies, and defending corrupt organizations and individuals with a populist stance.
