I'm not sure if it'd be able to get everything they were saying in the last bit, but if you don't have a Greg there to help you, it might be the solution. Actually, I just tested when he gave the options for shoyu, Hakata salt or red miso... Google Translate got: "It becomes white or red miso of pediatric Hakata". LOL
