  1.  I SELL SALT , that won’t affect the statistic since it does not look at avatars or user names but actually ask people what they play. So a male with a female avatar would be counted as male gamer.

  4.  I SELL SALT , last time I looked into it I had troubles find the exact methodology ESA used but I believe they outsource the collection to Ipsos and I /believe/ they use postal or telephone surveys.
