  1. I haven’t played the game but from a few reviews I’ve seen it sounds like the story would be much more powerful if Ellie killed Abby at the end. As it stands now, when Ellie comes back she realises she has lost everything but I bet in the back of her mind she thinks ‘If only I’ve killed Abby, I would be a little bit happier’. On the other hand, if she did kill Abby and then came back her realisation would be ‘I’ve achieved the revenge I wanted, but in the process I’ve lost everything and it wasn’t worth it’. Or am I misunderstanding the story?
