@allangibson8494 , latency and bandwidth are largely independent. Latency depends on the distance. Bandwidth depends on, well, width of the band. The discussed project is for training models therefore there is no need for real-time data.

Bandwidth depends on, well, width of the band. This is for example why WiFi speed depends on how many channels are used. The data centres in discussion are for training machine learning models. For that application low latency is completely unnecessary.

You've been lied to. Phones with NPUs can generate books worth of data without needing any water. Your computer is capable of generating images (which is harder than text) without need for any water.
