I like that you started with "Marxism is wrong for thinking it will eventually just happen" and finished on "For no explainable reason the world seems to have shifted away from Liberalism to Marxist values over the last 20 years". I do wish you would stop saying communist when you mean Marxist though.

@adamnesico the difference is that it's like refering to all Abrahamic religions as Baptist. He refers to explicitly Marxist concepts, like the inevitability of revolution or the materialist view of history, but calls it communist. Anarchists don't believe these things, nor did syndicalists, or people who just push for co-ops. I'm not trying to say any other style of communism would "be the one that worked". It's just cringe that he's so obviously conflating all Communist thought which textbooks Marxism.
