  1. Mark, you did a video like 3 days ago saying Marathon is willing to switch 300 bbls a day to Bakken light. The Gulf states could change to imports in a snap, in 2 years Keystone could be reversed. You have to stop talking about optimization of US pipelines for 600bbls a day. That's great it if happens. But we have to assume there are no pipelines at going through the states anymore. No one is against Carbon fiber or Value Added manufacturing. But the plant next year isn't taking 100 barrels a day. That's ridiculous. If we build a west coast pipeline, we can build added value manufacturing there. Why would it be cheaper to more carbon fiber? We would want to export it either way.
