Real big fan of your research reviews, idk if you care for "requests", but I would be real interested in a review of sleep deprivation's effect on Ketosis (or vice versa) and Protein Starvation. In university I used to not eat or sleep for 2-4 days at a time for big projects/studying. I found I actually had more focus and energy after the first day than when sleeping. I assumed at the time it was related to higher adrenaline from stress, but now think it was probably Ketosis related. I also know that "Rabbit starvtion" is an issue with high to pure protein diet, where you can't gain energy at all because protein needs fat or carbs to be processed. But I can't find much cross research with how this effects ketosis or pushes Gluconeogenesis, weight loss, or other fasting related effects. Thanks if you ever cover any of this, or if you don't. Great info, love most of the videos (although the meat effect on the environment seemed heavily bias in info).

@quasa0 Any Idea which? I've watched a lot of them but only over the last month, defininely missed a few.

@quasa0 Ya I saw that one. That seemed more about how fasting makes you uncomfortable, or screws up your hormone ques, and interferes with sleep. I'm more curious about the opposite, how brain chemistry changes under both ketosis and sleep deprivation, or how it might influence general body metabolism. So less "ketosis effects sleep like this" and more "not sleeping effects ketosis like that". Definitely after a work out, I used to right down any new words throughout the day and look up definitions after sets and that worked well. I've definitely felt more focused after some alcohol...
