@tuckerroy363 i am neither mad nor directing anger, I'm not even American. But if you are looking at Trump's economic impacts on housing and making predictions, this needs to be taken into account. The worst possible outcome is all the talking heads screaming about Trump's tariffs causing inflation only for Americans to find they aren't being hurt by inflation, and sowing more doubt and distrust in academics and media figures.

@15walkingaway idk, doesn't matter if there is a housing shortage in 4 years though from a lack of new builds. Trump only needs to keep prices stable for his term and the next president will take any blame, and a big cut in demand for renting will go a long way.

@LordRykard9376 either can be inflationary, and when done responsibility, either can have no effect on inflation while improving economic growth.
