  1. From what I was told, many vehicle accidents between internal combustion cars and electric cars do happen. And the problem is the electric cars cost about 8 to 10 times as much for a minor fender bender repair as conventional cars. Case in point a recent rivian truck that had a very minor dent in the rear bumper was a 43,000 repair. There's a video about it here on youtube.
