  2. The problem with buying big generators like this is that they are almost never within a thousand miles of home and shipping them is so expensive.

  3. I'd like to get a diesel generator to run for short periods of time at high current to charge my solar battery bags on rainy days. Sometimes I need to pump 40 kilowatt hours into the battery inside of an hour or two and I need a really big diesel generator to do that without having it run all day long.
