  4. So there are two problems. One is the 1913 Federal Reserve Act which replaced sound money with Fiat fuck you notes basically. The money has lost 98% of its purchasing power over the last hundred some odd years. The second problem is that housing is not treated as shelter but as a stock or investment come out of the that can be manipulated artificially in price valuation. This is forcing property valuations to go Sky High which means people cannot afford to pay the property taxes. The second problem is the fact that we don't have homeownership in America it's simply not allowed.
