  2.  @ErikA-yf4xw  in a way, I think you're correct in that people who WILLINGLY pay taxes, are accountable for the evils of government ranging from police misconduct on up to nuclear war. On the other hand, the taxpayers are indentured servants and cannot reasonably refuse to pay without live-ending consequences. It is ALWAYS the people who pay, never the officials .

  3.  @uski  exactly. When the officials pay no penalty for mistakes, there is no incentive not to make further mistakes. Make them all personally accountable.
