  3.  @jaykoerner  The reasoning is more about what Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote in Gulag Archipeligo, essentially, to raise the price of state sponsored terrorism. If every public servant knew that there was a possibility he would not return home to his family at the end of the day, there would soon be a shortage of willing soldiers.

There comes a time when the people must resist. Our nation was founded on the murders of the British tyrants that ruled the colonies. It is long past time to repeat 1776.
